Harry Potter fans will flock to Chicago’s Magnificent Mile to celebrate the opening of The Harry Potter Shop. The Chicago store will be the second location in America. There are also Harry Potter Shops in New York City and London.  Located at 676 N. Michigan (beneath the Omni Hotel), the Harry Potter-themed store is an immersive experience with themed areas, exclusive merchandise and the largest Butterbeer Bar in the United States.  

The store will lean into themes from “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire,” with moving mermaid-stained glass windows, suspended broomsticks and a maze-patterned floor welcoming guests into the space.

Guests can explore a variety of themed areas within the store including The Butterbeer Bar, inspired by Chicago’s renowned speakeasies, will offer Butterbeer and exclusive Butterscotch Popcorn and The Honeydukes-inspired confectionery section will feature magical treats such as Bertie Bott’s Every Flavor Beans and Chocolate Frogs. 

A dedicated Chicago section will offer exclusive merchandise, including a Chicago bear, spirit jerseys, mugs and tote bags.
